Our program allows you to access all of your property information online, at any time! This portal ensures you are always able to see what is going on with your property. No longer will you be left wondering!

Along with the online owner portal, you will also have the benefits of instant payments. The day your tenant pays rent is the day that we disburse the funds to you. You will receive your regular statements however you will no longer have to wait a fortnight or a month to receive the funds.
Changing Agents is Easy:
If you are looking to change agencies, we can assist you with the process.
The standard termination of a management is 30 days. We are able to provide you with a letter template to send to your current agent or simply sign and we can do it for you.
We will arrange the handover of all necessary tenancy documents and arrange the key collection 30 days from the termination notice. We will contact your tenants personally to introduce ourselves and ensure that any questions they have are answered. We are determined to get a good relationship started with both yourself and the tenants right from the beginning.
